Meet Brent Showalter
I’m Brent Showalter, the founder of ClearCount Bookkeeping.
I hold a Ph.D. in bioengineering and spent years analyzing complex data in the medical device industry. That experience taught me how to find patterns, solve problems, and tell clear, actionable stories through numbers.
I enjoy medical device work immensely—but it can be hard to see the direct impact my work had on patients. That’s part of what drew me to bookkeeping. I love that I get to work directly with small business owners, build real relationships, and help them improve their businesses day by day.
Now, I bring that same analytical mindset and attention to detail to bookkeeping—helping entrepreneurs simplify their finances and make confident, informed decisions.
